Alayna was born April 11, 2003 in Westchester, New York.  She has one older sister.  Alayna started gymnastics when she was 2 years old in Westchester, New York.  After moving to Gainesville, Florida in 2009 she started competing for Sun Country Gymnastics.  Her love for gymnastics was instant and has never wavered. 

She competed level 7 in 2015, coming in 1st AA at both the Florida State meet and Region 8 Championships. At Regionals she succeeded in accomplishing one of her short term goals of competing on the Florida State team.  In 2016 she competed level 8 ending her season in 3rd place at the Level 8 Region 8 Championships.  In 2018 she competed level 9 making it to Eastern Nationals.

Alayna just finished her second year of level 10 which ended without any post season meets due to Covid 19.  In her first year of level 10 she made it to level 10 Region 8 Championships.  Her goal for this year is to compete at Level 10 Regionals and Nationals.  She trains 23 hours per week at Sun Country Gymnastics in Gainesville, Florida under coaches Liz Bressler and Sergey Malakhov.  Her long term goal is to compete at the collegiate level.
